Orientation
Your first few weeks with us are spent on a specialised orientation programme. This is a great opportunity to kick start your sales career and learn about the way we do things. You will work on developing sales skills so that by the time you hit the 'real' work you have a fair idea as to what to do.
Continuous learning
We run a comprehensive in-house sales tools training programme and also encourage participation in relevant courses both external and with our Corporate partner Telecom and Gen-I. In addition our small team size means you get a significant amount of on the job training which is often the most effective way to learn.
