Consistently strong sales and profit growth for our clients and all-round superstar recognition, is the result of Emma’s hard work and determination.

Matt’s one hard task master – the fire that fuels our sales engine, and ensures it runs as efficiently and quickly as possible. Touted as ‘Mr. Unflappable’, Matt has been a key player at Leading Edge for seven years and has experience working in every area of our business from sales to customer service. He’s loved by clients and colleagues alike, providing useful insights into complex data matters and his customer-centric approach is spot on.

AJ’s head of sales for our Spark channel. After forging a career in media, AJ jumped onboard the Leading Edge team, transforming one of our toughest locations in Central Otago into a high-performer. Following this successful turnaround, AJ’s taken on the challenge to lead the Spark channel to its next level. Though he’ll shy away from any accolades, AJ proudly carries the torch, driving high-performance in our biggest sales channel.

Nicky’s career has taken her around the world, and her passion for leadership and management development have followed suit. Nicky has the most important job at Leading Edge, she’s responsible for looking after our people and culture. She works to understand what drives salespeople and helps the team unleash their potential. Think of her as the glue that keeps us
sticking!

Jono’s the guy driving our customer-centric culture. Jono’s the dude behind the desk, on the floor, on the road, making sure our client’s expectations are exceeded and ensuring their customers receive an outstanding experience. With an extensive and varied career in sales, law and advertising – Jono wears many hats and draws on a litany of experience.

One of our top sales experts. Vincent has risen quickly through the Leading Edge ranks. Recently his Spark team was heralded a market leader in one of New Zealand’s most competitive regions. Now, together with AJ, he’s responsible for driving high-performance amongst our agency sales teams.
