Matt's tasked with making the sales engine run as efficiently and quickly as possible. Mr unflappable has been around Leading Edge for 7 years and has experience working in every area of our business from sales to customer service. He's loved by clients and colleagues a like for providing useful insights from complex data and his customer centric operations approach.
AJ's our Head of Sales for our Spark channel. After a career in media, AJ came to Leading Edge to transform one of our toughest locations in Central Otago. After a successful turnaround, he has taken on the challenge to lead the Spark channel to its next level. He is responsible for driving high performance in our biggest sales channel.
Nicky's career has taken her around the world, but with a passion for leadership and management development, Nicky’s got the most important job at Leading Edge, she looks after our people and culture. She works to understand what drives sales people and helps the team unlock their potential.
Jono’s here to drive our customer centric culture. He’s the guy on the inside making sure our clients expectations are exceeded and ensuring their customers receive an outstanding experience. A varied career in sales, law and advertising means he has a rich breadth of experience to draw on.
