Matt's tasked with making the sales engine run as efficiently and quickly as possible. Mr unflappable has been around Leading Edge for 7 years and has experience working in every area of our business from sales to customer service. He's loved by clients and colleagues a like for providing useful insights from complex data and his customer centric operations approach.
Blair’s the numbers guy. He brings a wealth of Financial and Commercial experience across Australia and New Zealand, with more than 12 years in the Telecommunication, Entertainment, Digital and Retail Industries. Blair joined us from Publicis. Sapient, where he previously held the position of CFO. He’s no stranger to senior leadership positions, having worked at Woolworths Ltd, BBC Worldwide ANZ, Vodafone, Optus and Adstream.at.
Nicky's career has taken her around the world, but with a passion for leadership and management development, Nicky’s got the most important job at Leading Edge, she looks after our people and culture. She works to understand what drives sales people and helps the team unlock their potential.
Jono’s here to drive our customer centric culture. He’s the guy on the inside making sure our clients expectations are exceeded and ensuring their customers receive an outstanding experience. A varied career in sales, law and advertising means he has a rich breadth of experience to draw on.
One of our top sales experts. Vincent has risen quickly through the Leading Edge ranks. Recently his Spark team was a market leader in one of New Zealand's most competitive regions. Now, together with AJ, he's responsible for driving high performance amongst our agency sales teams.
