He’s behind the desk, on the floor, on the road, making sure we’re on the right strategy to deliver best in class solutions for our clients. It’s about creating win-win relationships with our clients, partners and our people.

Nicky Procaccini – Head of Enablement

Nicky’s career has taken her around the world, and her passion for leadership and management have followed suit. Nicky an her team has the most important job at Leading Edge. They’re responsible for clearing the runway for our sales people so they have everything they need to do what they do best – sell. This encompasses everything from training, tech, finance, reporting and most importantly culture.

AJ Funnell – Head of Revenue

AJ looks after all the revenue generation for our clients. In addition to over- achieving on targets he’s focussed on driving better integration between marketing and sales to maximise ROI. It’s a big responsibility. Fortunately he’s more than up to the task with extensive experience across sales, media and marketing. His noble side hustle – volunteer fireman. So he’s adept at putting out the real fires too!
